The ultimate DIY solution for swapping a GM GEN4 LS engine and 6L80/6L90 transmission into your 2007–2011 Jeep JK. Our premium conversion kit helps you transform your Jeep with the power and reliability of GM's LS GEN4 series engine and 6-speed automatic transmission. We've engineered a true plug-and-play experience with no harness send-ins, minimal wiring modifications, and factory-level integration.

How to Order

  • Year Selection: Choose Jeep 2007–2010 or 2011 (2011 kit includes our upgraded cruise/TAP shift switch).
  • Radiator Inlet: Right-hand inlet for (truck water pump) or left-hand inlet for (Camaro/LS3 water pump).
  • Pentastar PWM Fan: Upgrade to PWM for the best modern cooling solution.

What Makes Our Kit Different?

Your Jeep JK uses a CanBus system to communicate between components, and GM side uses their own CanBus system—but they don't speak the same language. Our exclusive EZ CanBus module bridges this gap, translating between both systems for seamless integration.

This technology allows us to send data back and forth between the Jeep and GM side without additional sensors or simulator modules. All the modules in the Jeep will receive translated signals directly from the GM engine, saving you time and money while providing more reliable operation by providing correct data for all jeep modules to refrence and use.

  • OEM-Level Functionality: PRNDL shows 1-6 gears during TAP shifts, full TAP shifting using the Jeep cruise switch, functioning cruise and check engine lights, factory remote start, and AC.
  • Clean Installation: Engine harness routes for a factory look (compatible with engine covers), while under-dash harness connects everything with no splicing or hacking.

  • Drivetrain Components: Transfer case adapter & input shaft/seal (6L80/90 to Jeep 241J, non-Rubicon), direct-fit fuel line (engine to stock JK line), and GM EVAP kit (vent valve & fuel tank pressure sensor).
  • Cooling System: 52mm high-flow all-aluminum radiator that bolts into factory Jeep JK mounts (choose right or left inlet to match your engine layout), steam port fitting included, and coolant overflow reservoir.
  • Air & Climate Control: Composite air intake kit (reduces intake temps vs. aluminum) with MAF/breather mounts, clamps, and K&N filter (requires credit-card style MAF sensor GM 15865791), and AC hose kit that connects directly to Jeep JK evaporator and condenser, using stock Jeep switches and sensors (compatible with GM truck compressor and some aftermarket compressors).
  • Tuning & Support: Custom tuning device for GM ECU/TCM (includes hardware to read and save your calibration for custom tuning), comprehensive instruction book, and expert tech support.
