Fun racing in Alabama!!!!

I am looking forward to making a trip down to Alabama in October to see Jon, and run some fun runs against some of the bikes that show up. This would be a great time to meet some of the guys from the south. Did I mention that the "PINKS" crew would be there also????? Oops, forgot to mention that.

Dates are October 26th and 27th, and Jon's home track is an IHRA sanctioned track, for which I am licensed.

Just throwing this out there. Would be cool to get a crew from up north to show up some bikes.

Talked to Jon on the phone night before last, and as of now, we will have 3-5 sleds. Will be talking to some more guys this week, and hope to get a few more. Who knows, we get some more, we might just have a "PINKS" All out for $10,000

Yes we are, and just have to say that I might be flying down there as the SRX will not be done by that time....@#$%&*!

The Apex is still a possibility to bring down, so I will let you know.

Might see us on TV 98!

What's the latest for PINKS? Not sure I could be ready, but might still be interested in going, show some support. Really did and still do enjoy watching "Terry's episode", it's gotten a lot of talk up here and it would be great to see an "all out", especially from so far away! Would they need 20,30,40 or more to pick from or pick other vehicles to match sled speeds?

Looks like a "GO" for anybody who wants to run, as they will be allowing the sleds to run with the cars. Tickets are $35 for the 2 days, and are for sale on alabamainternationaldragway website, or something like that. I will be flying down on Friday morning to meet up with Jon.

We have 3 sleds that run close to the times they have been picking lately....low 10, mid 10-low 11, high 11 - low 12, so we have a great chance of getting one in.

That was a great time running down in Alabama with you, and never thought Alabama senery looked like that....IT WAS AMAZING!

The southern bells you guys have down there are absolutely beautiful! And the ribs your buddy made were just awesome! Glad we made the switch over to Bama Raceway, and ran run after run. Was a great time!!!
